n this connection, this ofce has issued Guidelines and clarifcations on conduct of Parent Committee Elections vide reference 2nd to 5th cited. In this context, the District Educational Ofcers / Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha has reported that the following 218 schools not conducted parent committee elections due to Quorum, Law and order and other reasons
Therefore, all District Collectors and Magistrates in the State are requested to conduct the elections for the Parent Members committee, duly following the process as prescribed. Convenient dates may be fxed in consultation with local ofcials DEO/APC and the election may be conducted as per the following schedules
