SSC Public Examinations (Regular/APOSS), 2022 – Visit of Members of APSERMC to SSC Public Examination centres - Certain instructions issued to the DLOs, RJDSEs and DEOs concerned

The attention of all RJDSEs and DEOs is invited to the references

cited and informed that the Commissioner of School Education has

appointed the District Level Observers (DLOs) and issued certain

instructions to the DLOs nominated to the erstwhile districts for ensuring

smooth conduct of examinations (SSC, Intermediate (Regular/APOSS),

OSSC, SSC Vocational etc., and other examination related work.

Further, in ref 7th cited, the CEO & Secretary, APSERMC has informed

that the APSERMC has nominated certain members of APSERMC to visit

the schools for smooth conduct of SSC Public Examinations, 2022 and

requested the Commissioner of School Education, A.P to issue instructions

to the RJDSEs and DEOs for making necessary arrangements for smooth

conduct of proposed visits of APSERMC Members in the matter.

Act 21 of 2019 (APSERMC Act, 2019), Chapter III, Rule 9 (i) states that

the Commission shall ensure that standards of infrastructure, admission,

teaching, teacher education, student assessments, examinations,

research and qualifcation of teachers are being maintained by the School

Educational Institutions in accordance with the guidelines issued by the

Central or the State Government from time to time.

In view of the above, the following instructions are issued to the

District Level Observers (DLOs), RJDSEs and DEOs;

a. The nominated members of APSERMC may visit the SSC Public

Examination centres in their allotted districts only, with prior

intimation to the DEOs concerned.
