Enhancement of ONE year Service to Awardee Teachers - / HMs, who have rendered their services beyond the age of superannuation - Payment of Salaries / Honoraria - Instructions

The Government in its memo no. 18025/7/2018/General, Dt.25/02/2022

has issued instructions regarding the payments of remuneration to the

awardee teachers/HMs, who have rendered their services beyond the age

of superannuation. Further, stated that, Sri. T.N.Jagannath, Head Master,

ZPHS, Ravipadu, Cumbum Mandal, Prakasam district who have continued

in the service up to 31st October, 2021 as per the interim orders dated:

28.10.2020 in W.A.No: 347/2020 in W.P.No: 18209/2020 of the Hon'ble

High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, therefore requested the

Government to issue orders on payment of Honorarium / Salaries to the

Awardee Teachers / Head Master.

In this regard the Government has issued instructions that, the

teachers / Head Masters who are continuing in the School

Education Department beyond 60 years as per G.O.Ms.No.101,

School Education (General) Department, dated: 31.12.2018 shall

be treated as retired and, the salaries for the diferential period,

shall be worked out as per the policy of employees engaged after

retirement on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years.

Hence, the District Educational Ofcers in the State are requested to

take necessary actions, regarding, the payments of Honorariam / Salaries

to the awardee teachers who have continued beyond superannuation in

accordance with the above instructions.
