The attention of all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in
the state is invited to the reference read above, wherein orders were issued to re-
engage the services of outsourced/contract employees working in KGBVs, DPO,
MRCs etc. w.e.f. 01.05.2021 for the year 2021-2022.
All the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are
further informed that the academic year 2021-2022 has come to an end. As such,
the services of all the Out Sourced/Contract Employees working under the control
of APCs, Samagra Shiksha in the State i.e Special Officers, CRTs, PETS and Part
Time PGTS of KGBV, Type IV KGBVs, Data Entry Operator, MIS Coordinator, ANMs,
CRPs, Accountants, Messengers, IERTs, Night & Day Watchwomen, Vocational
Instructor, Computer Instructors, Office Subordinates, Cooks, Sweeper/Scavenger,
Site Engineers, Part Time Instructors, Health and Physical Education, Work
Education, Junior Assistants, Watchman, Physiotherapists& Ayas of I.E and
Sectorial Officers and Assistants Sectorial Officers etc, working under the control of
APCs, Samagra Shiksha in the state need to be terminated.
Therefore, all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the
State are requested to terminate the contractual agreement of the above
employees on the A.N of 29.04.2022. The reengagement for the year 2022-2023 is
subject to issue of further instructions from this office.
