School Education - Request to disseminate the Invitation for written submissions and/or paintings by children for the Children First Journal's second issue – Certain instructions
The attention of all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational Ofcers in the State are invited to reference cited, wherein the
Journal Consultant, Delhi Commission for protection of child Rights (DCPCR)
Government of NCT of Delhi has informed that DCPCR's Children First Journal on
Children's Lives is inviting write-ups and painting submissions from children. The
focus of the forthcoming Issue is on the ‘Second year of the Covid-19
Pandemic' and how it has signifcantly disrupted childhood and education of
children in the Indian context.And requested to share the opportunity with the
schools under this department.
Further, informed the aspects of the topics along with guidelines, the
participant student’s assessed under two age categories: (I) Under 10 years old
II) 11 to 18 years old and the children have to submit their writings and paintings
through an email i.e childrenfrst..ocl@gmail.com on before 15th April 2022.
In view of the above, the RJDSEs and DEOs/DIETs/IASEs are requested to
issue instructions to feld level functionaries through proper channel so as to
children can submit their write-ups and paintings through an email i.e
childrenfrst..ocl@gmail.com on before 15th April 2022 without fail.
