School Education – A.P. Model School Society – Temporary work adjustment of qualifed teachers who are working under A.P Model Schools/ Government/ Z.P Schools on deputation basis – For welfare of the students – Certain instructions
The immediate attention of all the District Educational Ofcers in the state are
invited to the reference cited. Further, they informed that there the Board of
Intermediate Practical’s(From March 2022), Theory (From 2022), and SSC (May
2022) Examination will be conducted in the state.
In this regard, there is a need to depute teachers from nearby model schools
to beneft students admitted in Model Schools.
In view of the circumstances explained above and considering the ensuing SSC
and intermediate examinations, the DEOS are requested to take the necessary
steps to fll the gap of instructions in the Model schools. The following points are
kept in mind while deputing the teachers.
1. Where there are two teachers (PGTs) in English & Mathematics, 1 PGT
(Junior Most) deputed to nearby schools with out PGT in these subjects.
2. Where 02 TGT (Telugu) Posts are available and working are deputed to
nearby schools where there is no single TGT (Telugu).
3. Permitted to make internal work adjustments of teachers working in A.P
Model School to where the subject teachers are not available, the subject
teacher where available they should be deputed(within the districts) only
to nearby model school atleast 03 days per week.
4. The interested qualifed teachers of Govt/ Z.P High schools are deputed
nearby needy Model schools.
Therefore, All the District Educational Ofcers in the state are hereby
requested to take necessary steps for deputation of the identifed teachers to the
needy schools and furnish the action taken report with in one week from the date
receipt of these orders.
