Life Skills & Career Guidance for holistic development approach of the students in all high school managed by government – Printing and supply of Career Guidance Resource Book, Student Activity Book and Flexi

All the District Educational Ofcers are aware that certain guidelines

have been issued in the reference cited for printing & supply of Career

Guidance Resource Book & Student Activity Book to submit the

expenditure particulars to the Director SCERT for onward payment. But

only 01 district (Chittoor) has been submitted the expenditure particulars

and are in the process of payments.

Further, it is learnt that some districts have distributed books to all

residential schools and some schools were leftover without a supply of

either student Activity books or Career Guidance Resource books.

The Commissioner of School Education, AP has observed in his

schools' visit that the Career chart was not visible to the students and

directed to print and supply the career chart in a quality Flexi with

adequate size.

Keeping in the above circumstances it is proposed to print and supply

the Career Guidance Resource Book &Student Activity books to all high

schools and students of 9th to 12th classes including all welfare Residential

Schools who didn’t get those books. Further, it is also proposed to print

and supply the career chart in 6 feet X 4 feet fex to display in a prominent

place in the school. As it is brought to the notice of the undersigned that

the Resource book supplied to high schools with high enrollment are not

adequate based on this feedback it is proposed to supply Resource books

to all high schools based on 9th& 10th enrollment. 1 additional Resource
