School Education – Implementation of New Education Policy, 2020 – Mapping of School – maintenance of records – instructions
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is
invited to the references read above, wherein time to time instructions were
issued regarding the mapping of School Children of classes 3,4,5 of Primary
schools to the High Schools within the radius of 3KMs in implementation of
New Education Policy, 2020.
Further, they are directed to issue instructions to all the Head Masters of
Primary Schools/ Upper primary schools in which the students of Classes 3,4,5
are mapped to the High Schools to handover the Transfer Certificate/ Record
Sheet/Admission registers /all other documents of the classes 3,4,5 to the Head
Masters of High School duly ensuring that no record of the student is missed /
tore.
No separate register should be maintained for these students. They have to
update these students in the existing registers.
