-Payment of salaries to DSC 2008 teachers who were joined on contract basis with minimum time scale-Orders

The attention of the District Educational Officers in the State are invited

to the reference 2nd read above, wherein the Government have accorded

administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.29,84,09,000/- as additional

funds, in relaxation of treasure control and quarterly regulation orders pending

provision of funds obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time

during the financial year 2021-22 towards payment of salaries to DSC

2008 teachers, who were appointed on the contract basis with the minimum

time scale as per G.O. 1st cited, from their date of join in the posts.

The District Educational Officers are informed that the Head of Account

2202-01-103-00-05-300/301 is newly created Head of Account. Hence, the

concerned Mandal Educational Officers shall mapping the above said Head of

Account with CFMS along with supporting documents to incur the expenditure

for payment of salaries of DSC 2008 teachers who were working on contract

basis with minimum Time Scale. The HOA 2202-01-103-00-05-300/301 is a

uncontrolled item and operate to be relaxation of budget control item i.e incur

the expenditure upto the extent of requirement as per sanctioned strength

during the F.Y.202 1-2022.
