MDM & SS – Payment of honorarium to Aayahs engaged by APREIS

The District Educational Officers in the state are informed that the Govt

have set up Toilet Maintenance Fund for maintaining clean Toilets in Govt.

schools/ Jr. College from the Ammodi donations contributed by unique mothers.

This office has issued orders to engage Aayahs as per the norms and

GOvernment Orders., in the reference 2mdcited.in the reference 3rd cited

instructions are issue to pay Rs 1,000/- pm to Aayah from Feb.21 to July

2021and to pay Rs 6000/-pm from August 2021.

In the reference 4th read above, the secretaries of /APREIS/APSWREIS/

MJPABCWREIS/APTWREIS were requested to engage Ayahs by parent

committee/college development committee as per norms/GO (copy enclosed).

It is brought to the notice of undersigned that the Aayah payments have

not been made so far in Residential Institutions viz APREIS/TWREIS/Ashram

Schools/ APSWREIS/MJPABCWREI. Jr College, though the Ayahs have been

engaged by them.

In this regard, it is clarified that the concerned Principals/District officials

of the said institution shall furnish the attendance and other details required for

payment of honorarium to Aayahs and furnish the certificates required, to the

District Educational Officers concerned.

Therefore, the District Educational Officers are instructed to release the

honorarium to Aayahs engaged in the above Institutions/Societies along with

the payment of honorarium to the Aayahs engaged in the Govt schools every

month.
