During the visit of Principal Secretary to Government, School Education, A.P..

Amaravathi to District Central Library, Zilla Grandhalaya Samastha, Guntur instructed for

improvement of Membership Enrolment and taking immediate steps to motivate the Children

and their parents to take Membership in the Libraries duly coordinating with Head Masters and

Teachers of nearby schools under the control of Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas and Regional

Libraries in the State

Hence, all the Gazetted Librarians of Government Regional Libraries and the Secretaries

of Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas in the State are hereby instructed to take immediate steps as

under:

1. To coordinate with Headmasters and Teachers in nearby schools

To Invite parents along with children to the library and also to the school library

every day

3. To Invite all the villagers to visit the library/school library regularly

4. To Orient the Parents, Villagers and Students in the Library/ School Library and

interact with them

5. To Tell the importance of libraries and books in the life of students and individuals
