SAMAGARASIKSHA- SIEMAT-Implementation of Vidyanjali 2.0 on pilot basis-certain instructions

The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Additional

Project Coordinators in the State are invited to the references read above and

hereby informed that the Economic Advisor( DoSE&L) Ministry of Education

Government of India has informed that the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India has

launched the Vidyanjali 2.0 a school volunteer program on 7th September, 2021

which aims to enhance the quality of School Education through community and

volunteers participation by allowing them to connect directly with the

Government and Government aided schools to share their krnowledge and skills

as well as contribute in the form of assets/ material/equipment and designed in

line with the National Educational Policy,2020.

In this regard the State has initiated for implementation of the program on

pilot basis with a focus on aspirational districts by on boarding in 300

schools (100 schools in each district) of YSR Kadapa, Visakhapatnam and

Vizianagaram Districts

The District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of

Samagra Shiksha of Aspirational Districts(3) in the State are hereby instructed to

implement the Vidyanjali 2.0 in selected 300 schools by registering and posting

requirement in the portal.
