1.Google form -1 & Google form -2 should be filled by all teachers
1.Google form -1 & Google form -2 should be filled by all teachers individually.👆🏼
2.Every teacher should fill the two forms (Teachers who are on Leave also should fill).
3.HMs/MEOs should ensure that all teachers should fill these in their Institutions/schools including Aided, KGBVs, APModel Schools etc.
