All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that it is proposed for
implementation of Entrepreneurship Mindset Development program
phase-2, to help government schools, to develop increased awareness of
key mindsets of self-awareness, self-belief, grit and independence, along
with 21st century skills like Communication, problem solving &
collaboration through real world projects and Game consortium with the
help of Samagra Shiksha & SCERT, AP in 325 schools in Andhra Pradesh
2. As part of it, the training for 52 Master trainers (@ four teachers from
four identifed schools in each district) is scheduled by GAME
representatives during the period from 28th& 29th October 2021 at SCERT,
AP, Ibrahimpatnam. These Master trainers in turn train the teachers in the
identifed schools of respective districts from 2nd-3rd November 2021 and
go live with the students from 6th November, 2021 as part of EMC Pilot
implementation phase II in Govt. schools of A.P.
3. Further, any period allocated to Co-curricular activities may be
utilized for this programme with two monthly sessions and each session is
spanning for four hours from 8 a.m to 12.30 p.m with a total of 32 hours of
academic calendar (4hours /session x 2 sessions /month x 4
months/academic year). Two or Three teachers from each school
depending on the 9th grade students’ strength will be trained in this Phase
to implement phase II of entrepreneurship mind set development
programme ofine with the all the 9th grade students in the selected
schools. The combination of regular and outsourced faculty is preferred.
