All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that to take further

course of action on the following item of work in connection with conduct Computer

Based Test for LPCET-2021 on 25.09.2021 (Morning) in one session.

1. To conduct coordination meeting with Heads of Departments viz., Police, Medical,

RTC, Electrical etc., under the Chairmanship of the Collector & District Magistrate

for smooth conducting of Computer Based Test of LPCET-2021.

2. Tata Consultancy Services, Hyderabad will provide Centre Owner, Invigilators,

Technical Staff, IT Manager and Volunteers in each Examination Centre.

3. Identity cards should be provided to the above staff.

4. Appoint of one Departmental Officers (DYEO/MEO/Gr-I HM) for each centeras

Center Level Observer for one session up to 500 candidates.

5. Appoint two Departmental Officers (DYEO/MEO/Gr-l HM) for each center as

Center Level Observer for one session, if the candidates allotted to the center are

above 500.

6. The Departmental Officer allotted to the respective center should approach the

Center Level Technical Observer of the Agency on the day Computer Based Test

and obtain Photo Nominal rolls cum Attendance Sheet. After completion of the

Test the Nominal Rolls should be preserved in the office of concerned District

Educational Officer

7. Provide Scribes to the blind candidates and Physically Handicapped candidates

without hands and fingers with the qualification of SSC standard as per the center

wise list communicated. (Copy enclosed)

8. To make arangement for providing Police escort at each center for one session

by Police Department.

9. White papers may be provided to the candidates for rough work if necessary.

10. Remuneration amount for the personnel engaged in the examination will be

transferred to the Accont of District Educational Oficers in the State as per

norms.

11.Details of candidates centers wise

spells for each district with no. of scribes

herewith communicated.
