In continuation to this office letter cited, it is inform that the Tender

finalization for procurement of Dust Bins and Banners are under progress and

will be completed within a short period and the lowest vendor will be sent to you

for making payment of Rs.12,50,000/- towards cost of Green and Blue Dust Bins

with APNGC moulding and Banners for 500 Eco-Club Schools in the Districts.

The matter came to the notice of the Director of APNGC that, in some

Districts the DEO's were released the entire amount of Rs.5000/- to each Eco-

Club Schools without holding the amount of Rs.2500/- intend for Green and Blue

Dust Bins and banner even though request made by this office through the

reference cited. Therefore the DEO's who were released the total amount of

Rs.5000/- to each Eco-Club School, issue suitable instructions to the in charge of

the Eco-Club School for resending of Rs.2500/- to DEO Account immediately

and keep ready the amount of Rs. 12,50,000/- may be available with DE0.
