School Education – Audit Objections - Pratibha Awards - 2016, 2017 & 2018 – Distribution of Tabs to the Pratibha Award winners – Submission of Acquaintance - Reminder – Issued
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state are
invited to the reference 7th read above wherein they were requested to
invite all the Pratibha Awardees - 2016 of their District on a particular date
and venue and distribute the tabs duly taking Aadhar authentication
through Bio metric devices Supplied to Schools as was done for the
distribution of Cycles.
Further they were requested to receive the Tabs allotted to their
district from the frm and verify that all Tabs are in Good Condition and
submit compliance along with the acknowledgement of Awardees but till
now Compliance reports were not received.
Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the State are once
again requested to submit compliance reports on distribution of Tabs for
2016.
Also, requested to submit the following in connection with
distribution of Tabs for 2016, 2017 and 2018 immediately as the same has
to be submitted to the Government for audit purpose.
1. The acknowledgements of the District Educational Officers
mentioning receipt of the intended number of Tabs from the frms
