for teaching staff working in KGBVs in the State permission orders to

attend counselling issued Regarding.

Ref 1. This Office Proceedings Rc.No.ESE02/355/2020-RMSA-CSE,

dated: 15.11.2020.

2. Guidelines dated: 15.11.2020 for replacements.

3. Inter District Applications received through APCs, dated: 01.12.2020

and 02.12.2020.

All the District Educational Officers &Ex-Officio Project Coordinators/

Additional Project Coordinators in the State are here by informed that as per the

guidelines and schedule issued for effecting Intra and Inter District replacements, the

list of applicants wh0 applied for inter District replacement is here with enclosed duly

permitting them to attend replacement counselling in the requested district for

allotment of place by the District Level Committee.

Further they are informed that after allotment of place to the applicants the

State Project Director wil issue further directions to the applicants to withdraw from

the contract in the previous station to enter in to a new contract in the opted place in

the requested district.

ll the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators/

Additional Project Coordinators are requested to adhere to the guidelines and

instructions strictly and submit compliance.

Any deviation will be viewed seriously and attract disciplinary action.
