Prathibha Awards -Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Vidya Puraskar -2019 – Distribution of Budget towards pending payments for Function Cost and Materials to the Districts – orders –issued
In reference cited above,budget has been released for an
amount of Rs. 2,39,82,000/-, (Rupees Two crores Thirty nine lakhs and
Eighty Two Thousand only) from the BE Provision 2020-21 in relaxation of
quarterly regulation towards meeting the pending bills expenditure of Dr.
APJ Abdul Kalam Vidya Puraskar Awards function for the year 2019 under
the HOA : 2202-02-107-00-05-200/202 for function cost and 2202-02-
107-00-05-210/211 – Materials and supplies.
In view of the above all the District Educational Officers in the State
are hereby informed that Govt, have released budget for an amount of Rs.
15.80 lakhs to meet the function cost and for an amount of Rs. 224.02
lakhs for Tabs, Medals and Certificates which are due and to be paid for
the occasion of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Vidya Puraskar function for the year
