CERTAIN INSTRUCTIONS – PRE-DURING-POST PRECAUTIONS REGARDING THE OPENING OF SCHOOLS ON 02.11.2020

Reopening of schools and Colleges on 02.11.2020

• AP Formation day celebrations shall be conducted in all schools on 01.11.2020

• Only 9th, 10th Class children of High Schools shall attend the schools from 02.11.2020 from

09.00 AM to 1.45 PM

• MDM will be provided in all the High Schools concerned.

• HMs,Teachers and non-teaching staff of the schools shall attend on 01.11.2020 in all High

Schools and shall celebrate AP Formation Day duly following COVID – 19 protocol.

• School Head Masters, Teachers shall convene Parents Committee Meeting on 01.11.2020

and shall discuss the all required pre-arrangements regarding school readiness programme

- Taking all precautions by the parents and students while sending their children to the

schools duly following COVID-19 protocol getting water bottles (drinking water) on the

re-opening day of the schools from the home, wearing masks supplied in JVK Kits to the

students.

• School Head Masters, Teachers and Parents Committee shall ensure that School premises

and all required class rooms and wash areas of the schools are properly sanitized with the

help of local Gram / Ward panchayats.

• MDM workers and all the staff students should be thermo scan before they enter into the

school premises.

• Group gatherings without minimum 6 feet social distancing should not be allowed.

• Required liquid soaps, buckets, mugs, brooms etc., required under COVID – 19 protocol

may be purchased from the amount of the available grants in the school or from the annual

grants released to the schools.

• Class wise minimum 14 to 16 students alone should be allowed to be seated.

• For any natural calls, it should be allowed to the students only one or two or as per capacity

of the toilets available in the school.

• Detailed academic plan and time table is being communicated and that should be followed

without any deviation.

• After completion of the school the concerned Head Master should see that the children are

left class by class to go out from the school.

• The Head Masters and teachers shall ensure for the safe mobility of the students attends

the school from their homes to the school vice versa.

• The Head Masters and teachers shall form class wise COVID-19 warriors and ensure class

room discipline as well general discipline, social distancing, wearing masks by students,

hand sanitization, utilizing wash areas with proper care, taking MDM in the school,

avoiding gatherings in the school and also reaching their homes safely.

• Sharing of note books, text books, pens, pencils and other belongings from one student to

another should be strictly prohibited.
