All the DEOS &Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addl. Project

Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that, the 2nd

Executive Committee of Samagra Shiksha has suggested a quick 3rd party

evaluation by other agency is carried out to identify the Gaps of accessing the

lessons and extent of understanding the lessons through All India Radio and

Doordarshan Saptagiri Channel.

2. In view of the opinion of the Executive committee, the following is proposed

for evaluating the impact of video lessons.

Classes to be covered in the Assessment

The Vidya Varadhi video lessons are telecasting for the class I to X. The

Assessment may also be covered from class I and X during the academic

year 2020-21.

Sample Size

In Andhra Pradesh State total 671 revenue mandals are existing. 10

students from each class from I to X in the existing class (2020-21) may

be taken as sample size from each mandal.i.e., 100 students from each

mandal taken as sample .The total sample size per mandal is as follows.
