PRABANDH(Project Appraisal, Budgeting Achievements and Data Handling) System to update the district wise physical progress 5th of every month (monthly)

The Govt. of India, MHRD has issued guidelines to monitor the targets & achievements

through PRABANDH portal vide D.o.No.1/2018-IS.7-pt(1)/IS-6, Dated: 02nd September, 2020 by

the Joint secretary (SS-II), Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, New Delhi-110115.

In the reference 2nd cited, chief consultant, PMU, MHRD, has sent a group message

activation of web services with DBT Bharat portal under which on the 20th day of every month

and the DBT mission portal automatically fetches the district wise physical and fnancial

expenditure from PRABANDH in respect of DBT components (Samagra Shiksha components Free

text books, uniforms, and cash & kind assistance to CWSN).

Further, they also mentioned the list of activities physical status of school/student/work to

be updated monthly as detailed below.

1. New Schools (Functional Status, Construction Status)

2. Strengthening Status of School (Additional Class Room, Computer Room, Art Culture Room,

Library Room etc.,)

3. Water Facility (Photo of water facility, Completion status and Year of completion)

4. Boys & Girls Toilet Status of School wise

5. CWSN Toilet Status of School wise

6. CWSN Ramp & Handrails Status of School wise

7. Inclusive Education - Student entry (Student Name, Parents name with Address & contact

numbers, Date of Birth, Class, Type (Day Scholar / Hostler), Specify the Disability, Bank

Account with IFSC code, Adhaar Seeding to Bank Account (Yes/No), Mode of Transfer to

Student Account (Transfer through Aadhar Payment Bridge / Transfer through PFMS but

Non-Aadhar / Electronic fund Transfer, directly through Bank / Fund Transfer, through other

means: Cash, Cheque etc.,) and Bank Name)
