Minutes of the Meeting With Additional Project Coodinators and State Sectorat Officers, AP Samagra Shiksha

The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha convened a meeting with District

Additional Project Coordinator and State Sectoral Officers and consultants on

L4.t0.2O20 at 11.00 am in the chambers of the State Project Director and

reviewed the intervention wise progress for the year 2020-21.

The minutes of the meeting are as follows:

Jagananna Vidya Kaanuka:

o The State Project Director has reviewed the distribution of JVK Kits with DEOs

and APCs.

o East Godavari, Kurnool, Visakhapatnam districts has distributed the JVK Kits as

69.06%, 65.8L% and 64.43%.

o The State Project Director expressed dissatisfaction for not distributing the

JVK kits minimum 80%.

o The State Project Director instructed all APCs to complete 95% distribution of

the JVK Kits by today evening.

o With regard to Madarasa children all APCs are requested to ensure that all

children should have covered as per UDISE+ 2018-19 data, and distribute the

JVK Kit to the registered Madarasas as per Government G.O.

Budget releases:

o The State Project Director has released Rs.361.L7crs to the Districts on various

interventions like Salaries from July to October, Composite Grant (EE&SE),

MRC Grant, Teacher lD cards (EE&SE), Maintenance Grant to 145 Modal

Schools and Civil Works Spill over.

o The State Project Director expressed dissatisfaction for not releasing of funds

to the MRCs and Schools.

o All APCs are requested to incure the expenditure pertaining to above

mentioned items and upload in the PMS Portal by 5th Nov2020 without fail.

Teacher Educationt

o While reviewing the Teacher Education lntervention the DIET Principal Nellore

has not incurred the funds up to month of September even though released

Rs.40 Lakhs for each DIET.
