The attention of all Regional Joint Directors, District Educational

Officers and Additional Project Directors, Samagra Shiksha in the State

are requested to issue instructions to the concerned departments by duly

informing that the

parents/guardians of Residential Schools run by all

managements (KGBV, APREI, APSWR, APTWR, GTW,etc.,) may be

permitted to collect Jagannana Vidya Kanuka at their convenience

irrespective of the schedule mentioned in the references read above,

they

may also collect the JVK Kits after reopening of schools and give wide

publicity in the districts concerned by duly following Covid-19 Gudielines.
