GUIDELINES ON DISTRIBUTION OF JAGANANNA VIDYA KANUKA

1. “JaganannaVidyaKanuka" Government's prestigious flagship scheme will

be launched on 5th October, 2020 in all Government Management

Schools, Aided schools and Madarasas of Andhra Pradesh for the

academic year-2020-21.

2. Should Invite Hon’ble Ministers of respective Districts for inaugural of

“JaganannaVidyaKanuka" in any of the schools identified by District

Educational officers.

3. Should invite respective MLC/MLAs for inaugural of “Jagananna

VidyaKanuka" and issue instructions to MEO’s to accompany.

4. District Collector, Joint Collectors & Senior officers of the District may

be invited to said inaugural to launch “JaganannaVidyaKanuka" in any

of the schools identified by the District Educational Officer.

5. Should invite Parents Committee Members for launch of “Jagananna

VidyaKanuka" prestigious flagship scheme programme on 05.10.2020.

6. Regional Joint Director School Education are instructed to follow up with

the Respective District Educational Officer & Additional

Project Coordinator and participate in any one of the school in the zone.

7. DEOs should ensure that the program should launch at 10.00 am onwards

in all schools in the state.

8. Should Ensure the participation of 50 Mothers & 50 Students each day.

9. Ensure acknowledgement from mothers concerned through a mobile

application with biometric authentication.

10.To depute E Hazar Nodal person on the respective district for the

smooth distribution of “JaganannaVidyaKanuka"

11.DEOs/APCs are requested to download the application from Google Play

store under as mentioned in user manual.

12. Ensure Safety norms to provide proper sanitation to the invitees

including students and Mothers by duly providing sanitizer by duly

meeting the expenditure from school annual grants.

13.Please ensure all protocols of COVID 19 as issued by Government of

India and Government of Andhra Pradesh are followed.

14.Please ensure that all the participants strictly adhere to mask wearing

and social distancing.
