ORDER:

In the reference read above, there is a need to conduct Parents Committee

meetings on a single notified date by the State once in every quarter, incentivising

nominated parents for attending the Parents Committee meeting regularly.

The Parents Committee meeting will help to generate awareness about the

Samagra Shiksha scheme, and making the members aware about the precautions to

be taken by schools for safety and security of children in schools for prevention of

spread of any infection.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers and Ex-officio District Project

Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the State are requested to

communicate all the Mandal Educational Officers and Head Masters for

conducting/convening Parent Committee meeting in all the schools on 14.10.2020,

duly following the guidelines issued with regard to COVID-19 Pandemic and report

compliance
