Review meeting - District level review - schedule- on implementation of Plan effectively- lnstructions issued

Attention is invited to the reference read above in which, it is decided to

conduct the review meeting on:14.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m through V.C/ Webinar with

all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagrashiksha in the State on all

activities( lntervention wise) of Samagrashiksha, on going works ot 2020-21and coUrt

cases, Grievances, periodicals reports etc.,. The State Sectorals shall have to

consult with Additional Project Coordinators & district level Sectoral Officers and give

guidelines before review of their connected subjects without fail.

Hence all the Sectorals Officers of this Office are hereby requested to

guide the District Sectoral Officers for the preparation of meeting notes as sector

wise and furnish the same to the Planning wing of this Office before 12.00 a.m

on : 1 3. 10.2020 without fail.
