APOSS - certain Corrections in the SSC Certificates- instructions issued

All the District Educational Officers / District Coordinators in the

state are informed that, so many corrections were requested in the SSC

Certificates (APOSS) i.e. Correction of Candidate Name, Date of Birth,

Candidate Surname, Candidate Father’s and Mother’s name from the AI

Centres in the state directly to this office .

Therefore, the District Educational Officers / District Coordinators

in the state are requested to issue necessary instructions all AI Centres to

furnish the proposals as per the Go.Ms.No.1263 Edn dt: 06-05-1961 and

submit the proposals as per the annexure with all documentary evidence

with proper attestation of the concerned Deputy Educational

Officers/Mandal Educational Officers and District Coordinator . Moreover, AI

Centres Headmasters are simply forwarded to Director ,APOSS and they are

not mentioned where the mistake occurred i.e. Paternal/Student side or

clerical side and also without enclosing relevant documents with proper

attestation.
