School Education – National Testing Agency — Request to cooperate and support with the Schools to conduct NEET(UG), 2020 examination to be held on 13.09.2020 in a smooth and fair manner — Instructions
The attention of District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the
reference cited, wherein the Director General, National Testing Agency, Noida has
stated that the National Testing Agency has been conducting the NEET(UG)
entrance examination on 13th September 2020 (Sunday), as permitted by the
Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide order dated 17.08.2020 in W.P i(C) No.
812/2020 & 851/2020 and requested to issue suitable instructions to the Schools
which are Examination Centres to take necessary steps in advance as per the Centre
Guidelines issued to them by NTA for successfully conducting this prestigious/high
stake examination on 13th September 2020 (Sunday), with required safety measures
and social distancing in view of COVID-19. A copy of the reference is enclosed
herewith.
In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers in the State are
requested to issue necessary instructions to the Head Masters of the Schools which
are Examination Centres to take necessary steps in advance as per the Centre
Guidelines issued to them by NTA for successfully conducting NEET(UG) entrance
examination on 13th September 2020 (Sunday), with required safety measures and
social distancing in view of COVID-19.
