Release of budget to the District Educational Officers in the State towards payment of remuneration to Data Entry Operators/Computer Operators working under APOSS for the month of May 2020 and June 2020 - Orders

The Director, APOSS is pleased to accord sanction for Rs.3,90,000/-

(Rupees three lakhs ninety thousand only) to the respective District

Educational Officers indicated in the Annexure enclosed towards payment

of remuneration to the Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator for the

month of May 2020 and June 2020.

The Accounts Officer of this office is therefore requested to release

an amount of Rs.3,90,000/-(Rupees three lakhs ninety thousand

only) from the Intermediate Student fee Account of this office to the DEOs

concerned as detailed in the Annexure enclosed to these proceedings.

All the District Educational Officers/District Coordinators (APOSS) in

the State are requested to release the amount to the outsourcing agencies

by way of cheque / e-payrnent only and requested to render detailed

accounts to the Accounts Officer, APOSS along with Utilization Certificates/

Acquittances for the grants now sanctioned and entering a fresh

agreement for these two months as per reference r= cited and

Government orders time to time and also submit the UCs of previous years

immediately if not submitted, otherwise action will be initiated against the

defaulters.
