Furnish district level draft strategies /works and also identify works, preparation of project reports for structual and non –structural mitigation measures

While communicating the copy of the reference read above , the attention of the

District Educational Officers/ Additional project co-ordinators/ Executive

Engineers invited to the reference cited, the Special Commissioner for Disaster

Management, Revenue (DM) Dept., and Managing Director, APSDMA, Tadepalli

Mandal, Guntur District has informed and requested to examine the guidelines

and also identify the works and preparation of project reports for the structural

and non-structural mitigation measures are to be prepared by the concerned

districts.

2. Further, he informed that the district collectors are requested to take

action on the above guidelines and furnish the district level draft

strategies/works in the matter on or before 15.09.2020 and furnish a copy to line

departments for taking necessary action.

3. In view of the above circumstances, the District Educational Officers/

Additional project co-ordinators/ Executive Engineers in the state are hereby

instructed to submitted the district level draft strategies/ works of structural

or non-structural mitigation measures in School Education department submit

to the District Collector & Magistrates for taking necessary action in this regard.

4. Therefore, the District Educational Officers/ Additional project co-

ordinators/ Executive Engineers in the state are hereby instructed to submit a

copy directly to the Special Commissioner of Disaster Management Revenue

(DM) Dept., and Managing Director, APSDMA, Tadepalli Mandal, Guntur District

duly submitting action taken report to this office.
