are therefore requested to hold activities under Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat

digitally as per the present pairing of States. The following engagement

matrix has been put in place under programme:

Punjab: Andhra Pradesh

In this regard, all the DEOs & Ex-Officio Project coordinators and

Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are

informed to conduct the activities as per the "Ek Bharat and Sherestha

Bharat (EBSB)" through digital modein their respective districts. The

MHRD, GoI has grouped the states/Union Territories in 16 pairs (copy

enclosed Annuexure-1). This pairing will continue for the current financial

year 2020-21. The state of Andhra Pradesh has been paired with the

state of Punjab.

In view of the above, all the DEOs & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators

and Addi. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are

requested to conduct the events/activities in their respective district as

per the MHRD guidelines with Paired state of Punjab in all the schools as

per the calendar activities in the annexure -2 (After reopening of the

schools). Meanwhile the state has to arrange the activities on EBSB

through digital mode via Doordarshan schedule programme.
