Regarding.
You are aware that Chief Minister Relief Fund is intended to extend
helping hand to the distressed people affected by Natural calamities, Road
accidents, Fire accidents, loss of life of Kith and Kin and health problems etc. For
this a revised application form covering required information for speedy disposal of
claims is enclosed here with and to obtain information accordingly and sent to
Hon'ble Chief Minister for release of reimbursement amounts under CMRF.
Further it is to inform that CMRF Reimbursement bills of the Patients
discharged from hospital on or after 01-01-2020 will be received up to 30-06-2020
and after June, 2020 all CMRF applications for reimbursement of medical expenses
should be sent within 90days from the date of discharge from the hospital.
