4. District Commissioner Guides

5. District Treasurer

6. District Secretary

7. Joint District Secretary
The Election for the District Council is being conducted for tenure of 5 years in consonance with

and others.

the State Council tenure. The resolutions of the District Association Elections should reflect the Elected

Members, Certified by the District President, District Chief Commissioner, District Commissioner, etc...
The certification of District Council Members should forward to State Association duly paying the
Registration /Affiliation Fee and get a Charter Signed by the State Chief Commissioner and State
Secretary for functioning the District Association in the District.

Whereas the particulars are being received from the most of Districts Associations are not

containing the Certification of District President/ District Chief Commissioner and District
Commissioners etc...and some of them are signed by the District Secretaries or District Commissioners
