Processing of Admissions into Class V in all A.P.R Schools through Random Selection Method

I invite the attention of the District Educational Officer concerned about

the G.O vide reference cited, where in the Government permitted the Secretary,

APREIS to take up the Admissions into Class V in all APR Schools for the academic

year 2020-21 through Random Selection Method as per the provisions laid down in

RTE Act 2009.

Accordingly notification was published on 03-07-2020 in the Two Telugu

dailies inviting online applications for admission into Class V in all APR Schools.

Online applications are available in the web site http: //aprjdc.apcfss.in and

http://apreis.apcfss.in up to 20.07.2020.

One of the Principals of AP Residential schools in the District is appointed

as District Convenor for processing the drawl of lots for 5th class admissions for

the year 2020-21. The Convenor Principal will approach you and co-ordinate with

the processing of admissions into class V of all APR Schools in the district. The

District Collector will be the Chairman of the admission committee to ensure

admissions in a transparent manner. Detailed guidelines prescribed in the GO are

appended herewith.

Therefore, I request you to extend your co-operation and arrange to

give wide publicity to reach all the deserving candidates to apply and aware of the

admission process into Class V in all APR Schools through Random selection

method and ensure wide publicity through print and electronic media available in

the district.

Therefore I solicit your kind co-operation to take up the V Class

admissions smoothly, effectively and successfully.
