In Continuation of the proceedings issued by the Commissioner of School

Education, in the reference 3rd cited, the following instructions are issued for

necessary immediate compliance.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational

Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are informed that

during the review meeting on Implementation of "National Disaster Management

Guidelines" and "School Safety Policy" in our schools it was noticed that certain gaps

are existing in adhering to the specified indicators.

Hence, it is decided to instruct all the Headmasters & Staff of Primary, Upper

Primary & High Schools under all the managements to bestow their attention on the

filling up of UDISE + format Section 11 on School Safety and they should be

instructed to upload the data immediately. The questionnaire related to School

Safety Programme is enclosed here with for ready reference.

Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District

Educational officers& Ex Officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project

Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to issue necessary

instructions to all the Headmasters & Teachers of Primary, Upper Primary & High

schools under all managements to comply with the above instructions and to upload

the data to UDISE +immediately.
