Attention of all the District Education Officers /all the Addl. Project

Coordinators of Samagra, Shiksha, in the state is invited to the subject and

references cited wherein, the Project Monitoring Unit Nadu Nedu has inspected the

implementation of the Manabadi Nadu Nedu Programme in all the districts of A.P and

submitted the inspection reports and remarks to this office.

As observed from the inspection reports there are certain procedural lapses

raised by the PMU Nadu Nedu like non maintenance of books of accounts, stock

registers, advance registers, not maintaining proper vouchers etc

The Advisor (Infra) has stated that, the above procedural issues shall have to

be taken care by the Head Masters and the Parents Committees concerned. The

Mandal Education Officers and the Deputy Education Officers shall guide the

headmasters and the Parents Committees for proper maintenance of the record as

non keeping them in proper shape may lead to audit objections at a later date. The

concerned Executive Engineers and their staff shall have to inspect the record during

their inspection of the works under Nadu Nedu.

The Headmasters shall also place them for the perusal of the PC in the

meetings of the Committees to be convened periodically by the Headmasters

Therefore all the District Education Officers, all the Addl. Project Coordinators

of Samagra Shiksha, and all the concerned Executive Engineers in the state

are requested to look into the matter personally and guide the concemed Head
