The attention of the DEOs/APCs, Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to

the references read above and they are informed that the date for receiving the

applications for the class 6th has been extended up to 15.08.2020.

In this context all the District Educational Officers/ Addl. Project Coordinators

in the State are directed to prepare an action plan and fix up targets for Special

Officers and CRTs, to identify students for 6", 7", 8 and Intermediate classes for

enrolment in the respective classes. Further they are requested to see all the seats

are flled without any gaps.

In this regard, they should contact the parents and ensure that required

number of applications are received. The Special Officers/GCDOs ill be held

responsible for any gaps in admissions in any classes mentioned above.
