All the District Educational Officers (DEOs) and the Additional Project
Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that Government of
India have launched Shagun Portal in the Academic year 2017-18, which is a repository of
innovative Practices, Success Stories, evaluation reports and interventions initiated across all
the States and Union Territories in the area of Elementary Education.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers (DEOs) and the Additional Project
Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that PAB, evaluation will
be done on the basis of items uploaded in Shagun website.

Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are directed to submit the quality and
pedagogy interventions, case studies, testimonials, research papers, success stories, video's (2
to 5minutes) from time to time after completion of the programs in your respective districts
as per the table annexed relating to 2019-20 and 2020-2021 academic years to State Project
Office for communicating the same to Government of India for uploading in Shagun
In this regard, all the District Educational Officers (DEOs) and the Additional Project
Website.
All the District Educational Officers (DEOS) and the Additional Project Coordinators
(APCs) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed to upload your respective District, case
studies, testimonials, research papers, success stories, video's (2 to 5minutes) in your District
folder in given Google drive quality.apsamagra@gmail.com by 5th of Every Month.
