DSC-2018- Completion of the Recruitment Process to the Post of SA(Hin) and LP(Hin)- Conduct of Manuel counselling for issuing of appointments-Certain instructions

In the reference 3rd read above the District Educational Officers were
requested to draw the final selection lists as per Roster-cum-Merit as per
rules and submit the same lists to this office on or before 21.05.2020 for
conducting web counselling to the posts of SA(Hin) and LP(Hin). The DEOs
of YSR Kadapa, Guntur, East Godavari, Krishna districts were submitted
the roster-cum-merit lists and others are yet to be submitted.
In the reference 5th read above, the District Educational Officer,
SPSR Nellore District has informed that all the Language Pandit(Telugu,
Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit) posts were upgraded as School Assistant(Telugu,
Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit). At the time of notification certain LP-Hindi, LP-
Telugu, LP-Sanskrit Posts were notified for direct recruitment in DSC
2018. Due to upgradation of all the Language Pandit posts LP posts
vacancies are not available for appointing the selected candidates in DSC-
2018 Language Pandits. In earlier counselling, the Language Pandit
(Sanskrit) and Language Pandit (Urdu) candidates were issued posting
orders against the SGT and Craft post respectively. Further, he requested
to permit to conduct manual counselling for the appointment of Language
Pandits (Hindi) and choose the vacant SGT or equivalent places for
drawing of salaries and to utilize the services of such candidates in the
needy schools.
In view of the circumstances explained above and after careful



examination of the matter, the Commissioner of School Education., A.P.,
Ibrahimpatnam is hereby ordered to conduct manual counselling for
appointment to the post of School Assistant(Hindi) and Language Pandits
(Hindi) in DSC- 2018 and for the post of Language Pandits (Hindi) choose
the vacant SGT or equivalent places for drawling of salaries and to utilize
the services of such candidates in the needy schools and to complete the
process on or before 08.06.2020 and submit a compliance report to this
