The Minutes of the meeting of Video Conference conducted by the

Hon'ble Minister for Education Govt. of Andhra Pradesh on

05-05-2020 at his chamber is herewith communicated for further necessary

action please.

Hon’ble Minister for Education, in his opening remarks emphasized on to

improve all Construction works of all schemes taken up by the APEWIDC including

works of other departments. Further, he said that, Superintending Engineers of

Guntur and Kadapa circles have to take lead, involve and to conduct periodical

review meetings with the field staff of respective districts of their jurisdiction and to

identify the problems and bottlenecks in preparation of estimates and execution of

works and to solve any problems immediately for speedy completion of works.
