STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) FOR JAGANNANA GORUMUDDA SCHEME


STUDENTS HYGIENE:

Students should be educated to  wash their hands compulsorily with soap or other hand wash agents before taking  food. 
They should be educated to  wash their hands compulsorily after visiting the toilets every time. 
Students should be asked to  keep their chapels outside the dining area.
 Students should be educated  to  practice the social behavior of maintaining the hygienic conditions and  to avoid spitting, coughing and other un-hygienic activities in the dining area


MAINTANCE OF HYGIENIC CONDITIONS IN THE DINING AREA:

The wash basins should be cleaned daily and should be kept neat and tidy.
 It should be ensured that the water is available for hand wash by the students and the cooks. 







Soaps and hand wash liquids should be kept near the wash basins 
The dining area should be in a shady place or in  varanda with shade.
Dining areas should be students friendly and should be kept neat before the students sit for the dining.
 It should be ensured that the dining area is away from the toilets and free of
