(Hostellers) regarding the place of examination centre related to the students of

I am to inform you that the SSC Public Examinations are scheduled to be held from 10

July to 17 July 2020 in the state. 235053 students are pursuing studies in 5094 private

management schools in the state. I request you to ascertain the information relating to the

hostellers of private management schools who are residing in their native places as hostels are

closed due to COVID-19. The transportation facilities are not resumed due to lockdown.

In this context I am enclosing herewith a 14 column proforma duly furnishing the

particulars of the students studying in the private management schools of your district up to

column no.9. I request you to fill in the particulars from column Nos.10 to 14 to ensure the

allocation of the centre so as to reduce the inconvenience of travel due to lack of transportation

facility. I also request you to see that the information is furnished by 22-05-2020 to take further

necessary action.
