In pursuance of the orders issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Home
Affairs vide reference 1s cited, instructions issued by the Health, Medical & Family Welfare
Department vide reference 2d cited and keeping in view of hardship caused by the lock-down
due to COVID-19, and in terms of orders issued by the Government in the reference 4h read
above (copy enclosed), all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District
Educational Officers in the State are hereby directed to issue necessary instructions that all the
Private Un-aided Recognized Schools in the State, which are affiliated to State Board, CBSE,
ICSE & Other International Boards, that not to increase any kind of fess during the Academic
year 2020-21 and shall charge only tuition fee on monthly basis till further orders issued by
the Government.
Any deviation of the above instructions, resulting cancellation of recognition
of the respective school; revoking the No Objection Certificate already granted for affiliation
to other Boars, besides initiation of appropriate action against the management of the school
under relevant rules, as deem fit.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District
Educational Officers in the State are requested to take necessary action and see that the orders
