I wish to inform that, Government vide the GO cited in the 15st

reference have accorded administrative approval for improving the

infrastructure facilities in all the schools under Mana Badi Nadu

Nedu. Government in the order have agreed t execute these works

with

methodology.

Parents Committee through

community contracting

Government vide the GO 1St cited have stated that, the Head

Master of the school, field engineer and five members from the

Parents Committee will be the joint signatories in operating the

Parents Committee account.

But during execution of Nadu Nedu works and due to Covid-19

lock down restrictions, the field staff have expressed certain

practical difficulties in operating the PC account with all the

signatories. Considering the request of the field staff the

Government vide the GO cited in the 2nd reference have permitted,

any three out of PC cheque signatories may sign on the check.
