In compliance with the ref 3 cited, all DE'Os and APCs are requested to fuil1ish the

ir-rformation with respect to the status of activities in schools under Phase-l in profbrma

encrosed.

This is required to know the status of every school. This wiil help to expedite the

progress in execution of Nadu-Nedu works and effective completion of tl-re same in the specifiecl

time i,e. 31't July 2020.

Further all the Apcs are requested to submit the filled in proforma and submitted ir-r .ext
