transportation of NT books to schools 2019-20 Orders - Issued.

Ref:

1. Lr.Rc.No. 645/1TB-2/2020, dt. 30.03.2020 of the Commissioner of School

Education (FAC), AP, Amaravati.

2. Note orders dt. 13-5-2020 of the Principal Secretary to Government, School

Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, AP, Amaravati.

ORDER:

In the reference 1 cited above, the Commissioner of School Education, AP has

informed that, "Text Books transportation for the year 2019-20 is completed successfully with

the coordination of the ground level staff and also with the coordination of the APSRTC."

The Commissioner of School Education, AP has further requested that, the SPD,

Samagra Shiksha is requested to release the amount of Rs. 1,75,63,222/- (Rupees One Crores

Seventy Five Lakhs Sixty Thee Thousand Two hundred and Twenty Two only) to all the

District Educational Officers concerned duly splitting the amount district wise as mentioned

in the Annexure for onward distribution to the APSRTC and MEOs/HMs by the DEOS

towards transportation charges of NT books for the year 2019-20 which is already done by

the DEOs from District points to Mandal points and also Mandal point to each schoo.
