The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is
requested to the references cited wherein the orders have been issued for supply of
Dry Ration to all the students residing in Welfare Hostels and studying under the
said Societies,due to the Lock Down (Covid-19).
Therefore, the particulars of the students of all Residential Schools
running under the said Societies, studying in a district and residing in the other
district of Andhra Pradesh is obtained and furnished in Excel format for taking
necessary action to distribute Dry Ration as the students reside in your district. The
Principals of Residential Schools, AP Model Schools and Special Officers of KGBVs
have already submitted the information of all the students who are studying in a
Mandal and residing in the same Mandal and also the students studying in a Mandal
and residing in other Mandals of the same district for taking necessary action to
supply Dry Ration as per the instructions issued by the Government.
