Release of funds to APCs in the State for the works related to Electrification to 14927 Schools and Furniture to 15001 Schools - sanctioned - Underphase–1 – Orders
Govt. vide G.O.Ms.No.28 have released Vote account budget for
taking up the basic infrastructure works for 9 identified components to
improve infrastructure in all the schools under “Mana Badi – Naadu-
Nedu”.
Accordingly for Electrification to 14927 Schools and Furniture
to 15001 Schools works sanctioned in Phase-I programme. It has been
decided to ground all Electrification (including Fans & tube Lights),
Furniture to students and staff immediately and instructions were issued
to the districts accordingly.
In view of the above an amount of Rs.300 crores (Three hundred
crores only) under HOA: 4202-01-202-11-06-210-217-VN and released to
the newly opened Green Channel PD Account HOA 8448-00-110-16-12-
002-001NV “Manabadi Naadu-Nedu” to be operated by Samagra Shiksha
State Office and District Project Offices.
Hence to ensure all the Electrification ( including Fans & tube
Lights),
Furniture to students and staff are grounded immediately. Rs.
300 Cr (Three hundred crores only) has been released from Samagra
Shiksha Green channel PD account to the newly opened Green Channel
PD Accounts of the Additional Project Coordinators in the Districts for
onward transfer to the Parent Committees and the Vendors as per the
procedures laid down vide the GO MS No.87. The distribution of the
funds to 13 APCs shall be as follows.
