Release of budget for an amount of Rs.303,03,40,000-00 (Rupees three hundred three crores, three lakhs and forty thousands only) to State Universities and other Grants-in-aid Institutions

O R D E R:

In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O read above, Government hereby

accord Administrative Sanction for drawl of an amount of Rs.303,03,40,000-00

(Rupees three hundred, three crores, three lakhs and forty thousands only) during

the period from 1st April to 30th June, 2020 -2021 for the current financial year

2020-21 to the State Universities and other Grants in –Aid institutions under the

administrative control of Higher Education Department as indicated in the Annexure

to this order.

2. The Registrars of State Universities and DDOs of the other Grant -in -Aid

institutions under the Administrative Control of Higher Education Department shall

adhere the instructions issued in the reference read above for drawing and

disbursement of the amounts and also ensure effective utilisation of funds in

accordance with the strategic priorities of the Government and as per the work plan

of the Department.
